PA Senate passes HB 1845
 

This bill does some of the following...

"1. This bill says that DCNR can no longer tell you that you can�t carry in state parks.

2. It Provides for the emergency issue of license to carry permits

3. It ALSO Prevents the seizure of guns by government during any type of disaster or emergency!"

WOW! Just wow, this is the LAST thing I expected from our govt.

This is fantastic, if thats all it is. What other BS did they plug into that bill though.

It was voted in unanimously by both the house and senate. It just needs fast eddie's sig to be signed into law.

Possibly he was making a quip about the ridiculous amount of power the president now has...and that the president would presume to veto a STATE bill.

How can the state provide for a defense against federal confiscation? I just don't see it being anymnore than feel-good legislation.

Feel good or not if a Disater hits Penn and the national guard is on the streets you can bet your bottom dollar people will be citing that law left and right.

you can choose to stand under your state constitution or the US constitution. you already know that the US constitution is mostly ignored but that is just because they are a corporation not a nation state.

Your state is or was a nation state once upon a time.

Most original constitutions were common law founded or based. The US Fed Govt can only issue statute laws. you can, with enough effort, circumvent those laws and usually by standing as a common law member/resident of your state.
